Infinitas by Krungthai seeks talented individuals to join our team as a Customer Insight & Analytics Manager for the "Business Intelligence" Team. As Thailand's leading fintech company specializing in digital platforms, mobile banking and digital solutions, you will play a crucial role in gaining customer insights for our NEXT and Paotang applications, serving over 30 million customers.


The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist passionate about enhancing customer experience and engagement. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between raw data and actionable strategy, collaborating with Product Owners to turn customer insights into measurable product improvements. The core of the role centers on data analysis and online surveys, while supporting Business Units (BU) in executing A/B testing and exploring emerging technologies to enhance team efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Insight & Data Analysis: Analyze large-scale customer data (app usage, transactions, and behavioral patterns) alongside survey results to develop strategies for specific features.
  2. Comprehensive Research: Lead end-to-end research using, mainly, quantitative methods, including CSAT/NPS surveys, and online surveys to identify customer pain points.
  3. A/B Testing Support: Design, execute, and track A/B testing experiments. Provide data-driven recommendations to Business Units (BU) to optimize creative assets and user journeys.
  4. Actionable Strategy: Translate complex findings into clear narratives and action plans. Present insights to stakeholders and executive members to drive customer-centric decision-making.
  5. Innovation Exploration: Maintain an open-minded approach to learning new technologies. You will assist the team in exploring how Agentic AI (for creative iteration) and n8n (for workflow automation) can enhance our A/B testing and research processes.


Skills and Background:

  • Experience: 5+ years in customer insight, digital surveys, or data analytics, preferably within the fintech or digital banking sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analysis.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong research skills with the ability to design statistically sound experiments and interpret complex datasets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a "good command" of PowerPoint to present insights to senior leadership.
  • Growth Mindset: Proactive and curious. While our core is data and research, we value a candidate who is eager to learn and experiment with emerging tech like Agentic AI or automation frameworks as these projects evolve.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science).
