SPR Technician
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the grower contracts and grower management for SPR trials on location
Create season timeline of field management activities and coordinate with growers on location for these activities
Supervise and follow up day-to-day activities of seasonal worker for prioritizing tasks, assigning workloads, coordination of data collection and ensure a safe working environment
Implement trial protocols on location as instructed by supervisor and collect trial data at appropriation collection period
Collaboration with Field Production, Research and Development and other stakeholders to develop and implement reliable system of corn hybrid seed production.
Ensure full compliance with local and HSE policy and promote environmentally sustainable solutions.
Ensure that safe operational practices are implemented in compliance with the global Monsanto HSE policy for all activities of Seed Production Research (SPR).
Others task as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree (Agronomy) with 2+ years' experience in Agricultural research, or Ag technical field.
Strong network and relationship with team and across function.
Willing to learn new knowledge and innovation.
Good English communication skills
Able to travel and willing to relocate to other regions in Thailand
Valid driver license and good driving track record
