Job Purpose:

The Technical Lead is a key role in software development responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team. The Technical Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience leading teams in an agile environment.

• Lead and manage the software development team to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
• Provide technical expertise to the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, and provide recommendations for improving development processes.
• Mentor team members and facilitate their growth and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong technical skills in software development, including experience with multiple programming languages and software development tools.
• Experience working in an agile environment and using agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
