Role & Responsibility: Hybrid working environment.

• Draft and review various types of agreements, term sheets, MOUs, LOUs, powers of attorney, legal notices, applications, and other legal documentation.
• Review due diligence reports, undertake legal research and preparation of legal notes, memoranda, and opinions.
• Provide advise to Corporate support and Customer development term on sales &promotion activities, trade terms, trade promotions and promotional campaigns
• Draft and review share purchase agreement, shareholder agreement, licensing, and financing
• Manage process of coordinating with external legal counsel
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
• At least 3 years experiences in legal corporate M&A
• Attorney-at-Law License, the Lawyers Council of Thailand
• Extraordinary member of the Thai Bar Association
• Notary Public under the Public Companies Act B.E.2535
• Good English skills: good command in legal English written skills
