Job Purpose:
Create a consistently applied investment message and maintain relationships with the investment community and monitor the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's performance

Main Responsibilities:
1.) Preparing materials for investors and analysts including quarterly reports, MD&A, investor briefing presentation, annual reports and other communication materials to shareholders, fund managers and analysts
2.) Coordinating and organize conferences, road shows, investor meetings and other investor relations' affairs
3.) Responsible for preparation of the company’s ELCID to SET and relevant press release for SET/SEC regulation comp
4.) Supporting effective interactions with the investor or analyst community and preparing financial information
5.) Gathering market feedback to proactively manage market expectations and review analyst coverage reports to gather reactions, compile comments and identify factual gaps analysis to gain business insights, including peer's financial information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
• Solid financial background, including equity research or corporate finance experience
• Investor relations experience dealing with public market investors and strong track record of creating positive relations with the investment community
• Good personality, good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills) with detail oriented and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, have superior planning & organization skills, uncompromising ability to maintain confidentiality and good problem solving skills
