• Experience in multinational co. or inter law firm
• Provide legal service on Inter Bus., JV & IP
• Good English & MS Office

Job Responsibilities:
To provide all legal services on International Business, join venture and intellectual property in relation to sales operations and activities both domestic and oversea including on-line business to ensure that the businesses have been legally conducted but are still competitive in the markets. Also drive awareness on competition law to sales team, management, and key stakeholders of each function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Law
• At least 5 years in multinational companies (FMCG is advantage) or international law firms
• Have basic knowledge about products, intellectual Property
• Knowledge in competition law, IP laws, IT law, e-commerce, PDPA, Advertising law and etc.
• Business acumen
• Good skills on English language, Microsoft office, Lawyer License (is advantage)
