Job description

• Processing specialist to lead and input R&D technical expertise to (1) beverage process improvement, (2) satisfy safety, quality, hygienic and regulatory requirements, and (3) design beverage processes to support new products.
• Reporting to the Head of Process Development R&D

Key deliverables

1. Conduct feasibility studies of new beverage processes to support NPD, and process improvements in line with business requirements (including cost-saving and sustainability improvements).
2. Conduct conceptual design of new beverage process systems, to define the process inputs to the Terms Of Reference.
3. Provide input to improve current beverage process system meeting safety, quality, hygienic, and regulatory requirements.
4. Manage pilot plant to fully deliver business needs.
5. Provide technical processing support for beverage projects.
6. Build capability, support recruitment, and lead Beverage R&D Process team.

Qualification

1. 10+ year in process development in FMCG or F&B business
2. 5+ year in project management work in FMCG or F&B business
3. 2+ year in managerial position with subordinate
