2. Managing IT applications: Analysing and designing systems, Developing and Unit Testing of applications, User Acceptance Testing
Implementing applications, Enhancing and maintaining applications, Managing applications architecture and strategy
3. Managing the IT business: COE : Governing IT, Managing finance and the investment portfolio, Managing IT suppliers and contractors, Procuring IT resources, Developing IT business plans and the IT strategy, Managing quality, Managing the Project Management Office (PMO) and projects, Advising on business continuity, Managing IT suppliers and contractors, Procuring IT resources, Managing IT Human Resources
