• Be responsible to maintain and improve operation of O2O business
• Assist Operation Manager on store roll out, process roll out and training to store to ensure smoothly execution
• Monitor operational costs to maintain or increase profit margins
• Maintain and Monitor operational data and help find solution to any problems occur
• Promote efficiency by implementing operation process improvements
• Work on site and collaborate closely with operation team in store to ensure efficient and excellent execution
• Be responsible to day to day tasks and manage O2O operational projects as assigned
• Other assignment as it deem appropriate.
