Key Responsibility:

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement initiatives that drive operational efficiency, innovation, process improvement, and retail productivity.
• Apply strong analytical skills and domain knowledge in financial data, trend analysis, and location intelligence to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Design and deliver reports, presentations, and dashboards to support project trials, rollouts, and performance tracking.
• Define key performance measures, supervise capacity and service status, and assess risk levels across infrastructures, addressing issues with relevant teams and progressing open actions.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of the retail business landscape and conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, process standards, and budget goals.
• Lead analysis of key metrics and develop business performance dashboards (KPIs).
• Promote data integrity and establish best practices for data mining, reporting, and visualization.

• Present findings and recommendations to management and provide initial consultation on data-driven decisions.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, and Finance.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools: Power BI, SQL, Excel (advance functions)

• Proficient in advanced statistical techniques such as correlation, regression, and clustering.

• Strong ability to translate data insights into business strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills — ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation and able to work under pressure with a strong business-partnering mindset.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
