โครงการ Future Leader Program หรือมีอีกชื่อว่าโครงการเถ้าแก่ เป็นโครงการพัฒนาผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ นั้น “ไม่ใช่” การฝึกงานหรือการฝึกอบรม แต่เป็นโครงการที่รับผู้สมัครเข้ามาปฏิบัติงานและเป็นพนักงานของทางบริษัท
หน้าที่หลัก Future Leaders Program Lotus's - เถ้าแก่น้อยโลตัส ต้องมีความเข้าใจใน Retail Business, ช่องทางการขาย แบบ B2B, B2C ,O2O และ การบริหารจัดการสาขา

Check list ของการเป็น Future Leader Program Lotus's
- สามารถทำงานกรุงเทพ /ปริมณฑล /ต่างจังหวัด ได้
- รูปแบบการทำงาน จะเข้า - ออก งานไม่เป็นเวลา

รูปแบบและวิธีการทำงานของเถ้าแก่

• ทำงานเป็นทีม ในรูปแบบของการบริหารโครงการ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ไม่ใช่การทำงานแบบเวียนตามหน่วยงานต่างๆ
• สัญญาจ้าง 6 เดือน (หลังจากนั้นพิจารณาปรับเป็นพนักงานประจำตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน)
• ทำงาน 6 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ (ไม่กำหนดเวลาในการทำงาน สามารถวางแผนได้เอง)
• เป็นการเรียนรู้ผ่านการปฏิบัติจริง ในพื้นที่จริง (ไม่มีสำนักงาน หรือ โต๊ะทำงานประจำ)
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เช่น 1 - 6 เดือน เป็นต้น
• ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานตั้งแต่ ต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ แบบครบวงจร
• ไม่มีลักษณะงานที่แน่นอน ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดของโครงการ
• มีอิสระในการวางแผนและตัดสินใจต่างๆ ได้เอง 100%
• มีที่ปรึกษา (Sponsor) ประจำโครงการคอยให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำทุกโครงการ

Qualifications for Merchandise (Product Sourcing):

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in any field
• 0 – 3 Years experience
• Understanding needs of customer across generations
• Sourcing interested products on both offline and online platforms
• Up-to-date with product trends on social media.
• Proficiency with data analytics and strategic planning
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Mobility to work in the upcountry is a must
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) would be an advantage
