Key Responsibility:

1. จัดเตรียมและวิเคราะห์รายงานต้นทุนการดำเนินงานในคลังสินค้าและระบบขนส่ง
2. มีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการจัดทำ Budget และ Forecast ประจำปีในส่วนของคลังสินค้า
3. ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลต่างระหว่าง Actual vs Plan ทั้งในด้านต้นทุนการจัดเก็บ ขนส่ง และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ
4. สนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนโดยประสานงานกับหน่วยงานบัญชี และจัดทำรายงาน P&L สำหรับคลังสินค้าและขนส่ง
5. ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกและคำแนะนำแก่ทีมปฏิบัติการ เพื่อช่วยในการควบคุมต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
6. จัดทำรายงาน Ad-hoc ด้านต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์หรือวิเคราะห์ตามคำขอของฝ่ายปฏิบัติการหรือผู้บริหาร
7. สนับสนุนการติดตาม KPI ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Productivity, Cost per Unit, Delivery Performance ฯลฯ
8. สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอก (Internal/External Audit)

Qualifications:

1. ปริญญาตรีด้านบัญชี, การเงิน, Logistics Finance หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ประสบการณ์ด้าน Finance หรือ Cost Analysis อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี โดยเฉพาะในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ / คลังสินค้า
3. หากเคยทำงานร่วมกับทีม Warehouse / Transport จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. มีความสามารถใช้ Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Power Query) และหากใช้ Power BI ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
