Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver periodic performance packs
• Measure performance in line with defined KPIs.
• Provide detailed commentary on key performance drivers.
• Provide insight analysis and forecast for both store and mall
• Ensure process governance including regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders – communicate with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to discuss operational issues, key metrics.
• Support and monitor the implementation of corrective actions and deliver savings to business.
• Support function and business projects as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting
• At least 7 year experiences in management accounting and report, accounting or related fields
• Experience in in Retail business is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and strong Excel/database skills
• Strong analytical skill, detailed and results oriented problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and team management
• Result-oriented with abilities to work well under ambiguity, changes, pressure and tight deadlines
