What's your role in the team?

We are looking for a Regional Fulfillment Manager who wants to understand how an e-commerce fashion brand works and creates a digital experience for its customers. Are you the kind of person who enjoys managing a complex regional network of fulfillment centers? Proficient in supply chain mgmt., data analysis and Excel? We are looking for talent to join our team.

You will be leading the Fulfillment vertical regionally as well as work seamlessly within Operations. At Pomelo, each team member is expected to work autonomously, often setting their own objectives and key results.

• Managing Pomelo's regional fulfillment network (both in-house and outsourced) and continuously evolving the landscape to create competitive advantage.
• Strategize fulfillment setups, methods and processes to be highly scalable.
• A master in building a strong warehouse team, capable of working seamlessly across the different geographies.
• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the warehouse to meet and exceed business plans.
• Experience in managing, high growth, high volume, and high SKU semi-mechanized warehouse operations focused on performance metrics and process improvements.
• Experience in warehouse layout, cost/benefit analysis, labor productivity analysis, and safety/human factors.
• Proficient data analyst, constant improver, and new processes developer/adapter.
• Comfortable with technology, including software, hardware and networks
• Set-up frameworks & metrics to monitor all fulfillment performances to maintain high level of service quality, shortest lead-time and best customer experience.
• Proficiently analyzing data, formulating insights and improvement plans.
• Work with cross functional teams to optimize end-to-end processes for both online and retail stores.
• Very comfortable working in a high growth company with an entrepreneurial leader under rapidly changing conditions.

Who are we looking for?

• A completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations from an accredited university.
• 5+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a warehousing or distribution environment (Preferable B2C).
• A charismatic leader and comfortable to lead a mega & satellite warehouses with multiple sub-functions.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Strong knowledge in best warehousing practices & inventory mgmt. strategy.
• Past experience in managing P&L.
• The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
• Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including weekends and holidays.
• High level of commitment and attention to detail.
• Working experience in an e-commerce startup.
