What's your role in the team?

• Manage End to End product selection for minor campaigns aligning with relevant teams

• For Major Campaigns, work with buying team to collate product list, ensuring discounts and products are uploaded to campaign pages in line with internal deadlines

• Build reporting dashboard to monitor campaign performance, review performance during campaign and implement changes to ensure KPIs are met

• Acts as project manager for cross-departmental communications on implementation of campaigns assigned.

• Leading the execution of daily campaign assigned on the system's backend, and cross-checking output on the platform's frontend

• Support in preparing and executing regional marketing campaigns to ensure that the revenue target and other marketing KPI metrics are met.

• Agreeing on timeline and budgets, monitoring and chasing work progress

• Identify customer needs and behavior and create an amazing shopping experience in order to create loyalty and ultimately grow customer lifetime value.

• Support the team to keep the site up to date with fresh and interesting fashion content

• Monitor sales performance on a daily basis. Provide campaign insights for strategy and planning improvements

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.

• Strong communication and project management.

• Team player with strong cross functional skills

• Strong communication skills both in English and Thai written and spoken

• Resilient and does not give up easily
