3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Project Planning and Analysis

1. Develop and execute project plans for recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
3. Prepare regular reports on KPIs and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
