ExxonMobil Limited (EML) - one of the largest Global Business Center (Bangkok GBC) in ExxonMobil Global Business Centers network that provides supporting services to ExxonMobil affiliates around the world. Their services include corporate financial, tax and credit, information technology, customer services for fuels, lubricant and chemicals, procurement and payables, human resources and commercial operations for fuels and lubricant.

What you will do

• Purchase goods and services on spot basis for various production sites and business lines in Thailand or Asia Pacific countries
• Conduct market research, gain commercial data for negotiation of pricing and general terms & conditions 
• Interact extensively with external suppliers and internal clients on clarification of specifications, delivery issues and other queries
• Handle Purchase Order maintenance for processed orders (e.g. update PO text, update delivery date, etc.)
• Become SAP system expert for Acquisition process 
• Liaise with Strategic Buyer regarding project purchases and potential bundles including interfacing with Inventory management group and procurement associates
• Design and implement the improved work process to increase work efficiency and/or support Global and local initiatives

About you

Required skills and knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin or Supply Chain with strong academic background
• Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
• Fluency in Mandarin: HSK6
• Negotiation skill
• SAP knowledge and Procurement background is a plus
