About the role

The Product Manager is responsible for managing assigned products that contribute to the overall sales performance of Epson (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and acting as the primary liaison between the company and Epson's Regional Headquarters. The Product Manager ensures the implementation of regional product strategies within the assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

Understand customer needs and develop plans to meet those needs

• Drive sales growth through effective use of marketing tools and the company's marketing network

• Set annual product sales targets with benefits planning

• Forecast and review results on a monthly basis with Regional Headquarters and management

• Plan shipment for sell-in activities

• Plan and manage the 4P's of assigned products toward sales revenue and country stock

• Manage channel motivation tools such as promotion and incentive

• Conduct channel visits and surveys for market information

• Manage forecast system and control product availability in territories

• Act as contact point for special projects or other assignments by management
