About the role
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of training programs and special projects. This role focuses on improving employee skills and performance through effective training aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include coordinating and conducting training sessions, identifying training needs, preparing training materials, and supporting all stages of training activities.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate training needs by gathering input from managers and evaluating skill gaps
- Support the planning and implementation of training plans and programs
- Coordinate with trainers, internal subject matter experts, and external providers on training activities
- Assist in organizing the annual training plan and scheduling training sessions
- Prepare, update, and distribute training materials and learning resources
- Track training attendance, feedback, and evaluation results, and support the preparation of effectiveness reports linked to KPIs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business and operational needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, curriculum databases, and documentation
- Coordinate train-the-trainer sessions for internal trainers and subject matter experts
- Manage training logistics, including in-house training facilities, equipment, and room setup
The experience we're looking for
- Experience coordinating training events in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting the full training cycle, from identifying training needs to evaluating and reporting results
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools
- Experience using both traditional and modern training methods
The skills for success
- Good understanding of basic instructional design and training programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders
