About the role
As an Assistant Activity Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new and existing product development projects within the Supply organization. Your main focus will be ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish—working closely with cross-functional teams like R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Marketing. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating efforts, keeping everyone aligned, and making sure timelines and deliverables are met. This role is all about collaboration, problem-solving, and making sure every detail is managed so projects are delivered successfully and on time.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and support end-to-end project development and execution.
- Create detailed project plans and communication materials.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Set and manage project expectations with all stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Monitor project dependencies and critical paths.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Proactively manage scope changes, mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and multinational projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration; proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project). SAP experience is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident at all levels.
- Fluent in English.
