Responsibilities:

Conduct feasibility assessment for new product development, output DFMEA and avoid potential production process issues from the design perspective.

PCB Layout inspection and panel design, complete DFm scoring, and propose design improvement plans.

Process confirmation and abnormal handling during the product sample production stage.

Design and improve the product process flow, output process documents and process parameters, and connect with the factory's NPI line.

Production costs at each stage, assessment of new equipment and production fixtures.

Related to factory production transformation, assist the production line in collecting production issues and propose solutions.

Optimize the production process of the production line to enhance the consistency of product quality.

Product reliability improvement, TCT/THB failure mode analysis and propose of effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineer, or a related field.

More than 2 years of working experience as an Industrial Engineer in electronics/SMPS application.

Skills:

Verbal and written communications skills in English.

Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Able to travel overseas
