What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain the electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and auxiliary equipment, to ensure uninterrupted operations

Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and components

Identify and resolve electrical issues and malfunctions promptly, minimising downtime and disruptions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement electrical system upgrades, modifications, and new installations

Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations and industry standards

Provide technical guidance and support to production and maintenance teams

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and optimise electrical system performance

What we're looking for

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Electrical Engineer, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, drawings, and technical specifications

Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and industry best practices

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
