Join KPMG's Corporate Finance team and gain hands-on experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, business valuation, and strategic advisory projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals and support transaction-related activities for both local and international clients.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side M&A projects, fundraising, and strategic advisory engagements

• Assist in conducting industry research, market analysis, and company profiling

• Help prepare financial models, valuations, business plans, and presentation materials

• Assist in drafting transaction-related documents and reports

• Support the team in coordinating with clients and other stakeholders during deal execution

• Contribute to market studies, industry insights, and thought leadership publications

• Participate in client meetings and internal project discussions

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (3rd-4th year) or a Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, Valuation, and Investment Banking

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks

• Available to work full-time throughout the internship period
