About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Corporate Communications Intern to support our media monitoring, content development, and multimedia production efforts. This role will assist in internal and external communications by creating compelling content and supporting photography, videography, and production projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and familiar with media tools and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor media coverage across print, digital, and social channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Assist in developing content for internal communications (newsletters, announcements) and external communications (press releases, social media posts, website updates).

Support photography and videography projects, including planning, shooting, and basic editing to produce high-quality multimedia assets.

Collaborate with the communications team to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of multimedia content.

Maintain organized media archives and assist with media list management.

Help prepare reports summarizing media monitoring insights and content performance metrics.

Support ad hoc communications and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

Bachelors degree or current enrollment in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Basic knowledge of media monitoring tools and techniques.

Experience or familiarity with content creation for digital and print platforms.

Skills in photography and videography, including use of cameras and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

Understanding of brand messaging and corporate communications.

Basic graphic design skills.
