About the role

Infus Medical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced

Quality Assurance Manager

to join our production and transport operations team. This is a

full-time position

based in Samut Prakan, Thailand. As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control systems across our manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence and safeguarding customer satisfaction across our operations.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures and systems across production and transport operations

Conduct regular inspections, audits and testing of products, materials and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

Identify quality issues and non-conformances, investigating root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Manage quality documentation, records and traceability systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Coordinate with production, logistics and procurement teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain

Train and supervise quality control staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics, preparing reports and presenting findings to management

Manage supplier quality assessments and maintain vendor compliance documentation

Participate in product development reviews to ensure quality considerations are integrated from inception

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences or a related field

Minimum 5+ years' experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably in manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or transport/logistics industries

Strong knowledge of quality management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (medical devices) or equivalent standards

Proven experience in implementing and managing quality assurance programmes in production environments

Expertise in statistical analysis, process monitoring and data interpretation

Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to manufacturing and transport

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage quality control teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai

Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
