Responsibilities:
- Creatively produce marketing video content for Big C in both short and long formats, including LIVE streaming productions. Content must align with the overall marketing plan and be clear, engaging, and easy to understandâtailored for platforms like TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram Reels.
- Able to write scripts, shoot videos via mobile phone, edit videos, do voiceovers, create captions, and craft engaging stories. Proficient in placing text, adding graphic elements, and finalizing videos using a mobile device or computerâdelivering high-quality content within the set deadline.
- Plan and execute ongoing promotional strategies for video content to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in marketing, journalism, communications or any related fields.
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Content Creator, with a strong focus on producing creative videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram Reels.
- Expertise in using video editing applications to add text and graphic elements, such as CapCut and InShot, via mobile or computer.
- Solid understanding of the retail product category. Direct experience working with FMCG companies, agencies, or production houses is a strong advantage.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail. Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about self-improvement.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in job scope and responsibilities.
- Strong work discipline and a high sense of responsibility.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
