Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management and strategic oversight of entities related to Distribution Center (DC) and Transportation operations.
• Serve as the key finance liaison with business partners, ensuring financial transparency, alignment of objectives, and compliance with relevant agreements.
• Monitor financial performance of DC & Transport operations, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation.
• Provide financial insights to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service level improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in coordination with finance teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiation, shareholder meetings, and board-level presentations from a financial standpoint.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Legal, Strategy, and external partners to ensure long-term value creation.
• Lead and mentor the internal finance team responsible for governance and financial control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10–15 years of experience in senior finance roles with exposure to supply chain, logistics, or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of financial governance, capital investment, and compliance
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with both internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in financial modeling, contract review, and strategic financial analysis
