ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• 1. M&A and new company: Petroleum, PetChem, HVP (Petroleum, PetChem (Aromatics), Solvent, Lube, Ethanol), TS Group (Hydrocarbon Solvent and Specialty Solvent, Foods, Supplements, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic), digital, others (“Core Business”)
  Divestment, IPO, and Organization Change in relation to Core Business
  Commercial (Products Sales and Purchase Agreements , MOU, LOI): Core Business , and TOP Group (except TOP SPP and CVC structure)
  4. Financing Agreement (Intercom Loan, Bond, Loan from Financial Institutions): TOP Group
  IP registration e.g. patent registration for TOP and TOP group in relation to Core Business
  R&D agreement in relation to Core Business
  IP commercialization in relation to Core Business
  Corporate Matter (company laws + POAs + NDAs): TOP Group (except TOP SPP and CVC structure)
  Legal dispute in relation to Core Business; involving TOP Group (except TOP SPP and CVC structure)
  TOP’s AGM/EGM
  Legal shared service to subsidiaries

EDUCATION

Bachelor or Master in business law will be advantage.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Thai and English both verbal and written
• Having ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly ability to think spontaneously
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
