Job Description:

• Strategic Planning & Performance Support

• Maintain planning frameworks, performance tracking, support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range business Plan (LRBP) planning processes.

• Consolidate and analyze cross-functional inputs to support strategy planning.

• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities and Prepare business performance analyses and executive reports.

• Strategic Project & Initiative Support

• Provide analytical and governance support for strategic initiatives.

• Track milestones, KPIs, and implementation progress.

• Prepare executive summaries, governance reports, and status updates.

• Coordinate information gathering across functions and stakeholders.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues requiring leadership attention.

• Macro Forecasting & Scenario Planning

• Monitor market indicators impacting business performance.

• Assess risks and opportunities affecting Sales.

• Develop forecasting models and planning assumptions.

• Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term business outlook scenarios.

• Support evaluation of strategic options under different scenarios.

• Strategic Intelligence, Business Insights & Strategic Foresight

• Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, disruptions, and growth opportunities.

• Assess long-term trends and their strategic implications and Monitor trends in consumer behavior, wellness, technology, digital commerce, entrepreneurship, and direct selling.

• Enhance business intelligence capabilities, reporting quality, and analytical tools.

• Develop executive-ready reports, and presentations.

• Executive Communication & Leadership Support

• Support leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and planning sessions.

• Coordinate strategic information requests and follow-up actions.

• Develop executive presentations, reports, business cases, and briefing materials.

• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Consulting, Analytics, or related fields.

• Partner effectively with senior leaders by providing strategic insights and decision support.

• Solid background in business planning, forecasting, and performance management.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex information into practical recommendations.

• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic projects and business priorities.

• Good communication in English.
