Manager, Process Engineer (AAA)
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResponsibilities:
Key Objectives:
- Coordinate with Quallity to implement short and long term actions improving/eliminating quality issue.
- Oversee daily task that requested from requestor.
- Drive Process Engineer team to be able to support the request from production across the areas, for production to deliver product on time with quality.
- Streamline communication and alignment between PEx, I&PD, quality, FM and production, as well as deloyment of the best practices across production units.
Key Duties:
- Drive production KPI (Delivery, Productivity ,Quality , Lead time ,Cost) of department to ensure that all products/projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget and are aligned with organizational strategic goals clarifying project components as needed.
- Problem solving
- Drive Defect resolution and Fast response to reduce defect & rework
- Colabolate to drive Kaizen , 5S system
- Establish taskforce team to drive activity for make sure that align with management strategic
- Work together with Pre-Production to improve new at campaign phase
Qualifications:
- Engineering, Management or related field.
- Dynamic environment of production requires attention and close monitor.
- Pre-Production Manager is supposed to visit shop floor on daily basis to meet up with team, visualize situation, communicate directly to targeted workgroups.
- Fluctuation of product complexity requires different manpower and multi skillsets of craftmen. Pre-Production needs to manage available resources to cope with that.
- Problem solving and decision making under limited timeframe and resources.
- Performance management and evaluation
- Knowledge of the various type of jewellery products.
- Communication proficiency
- Problem solving and decision making of key importance relation to merger and acquisition of data, process, knowledge to Production.
- Shop floor management.
