หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Understand brand positioning, key massage, brand communication objectives

• Identify customer jouney to create content that communicate to the right customer using the right key massage at the right online channels

• Responsible to create monthly content for all communication channels (Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, YouTube, Line, website, etc.)

• Work with graphic designer and marketing team to generate high quality contents

• Manage and coordinate with media agency, KOLs, and Influencers

• Ensure content key massage consistency, specifically regarding to brand logo & CI usage, brand image, mood and tone

• Submit analysis report and identify key areas to be improved and optimized

• Have at least 2 years of experiences in online marketing or contents creator

• Actively use social media

• Project management skills

• Able to work under pressure and high level of self-motivation and adaptability
