In this VP: Legal role, you will lead, supervise, and manage the operations of the OA Legal Team, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies, standards, and strategic objectives. You will play a critical role in overseeing litigation and enforcement activities, including establishing operational guidelines, monitoring case progress, and resolving issues to ensure effective and legally compliant case management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders, evaluating team performance through KPIs, and continuously developing and improving legal processes and operational procedures to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and improve service quality.

• Lead and manage the operations of the OA Legal Team, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and strategic objectives.

• Oversee litigation and enforcement activities, including establishing operational guidelines, monitoring case progress, resolving issues, and ensuring effective, legally compliant case management.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of legal operations while identifying and mitigating legal and operational risks related to litigation and enforcement matters.

• Evaluate the performance of the OA Legal Team by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing operational results, and preparing performance reports and management updates for senior leadership.

• Provide legal advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders and support management in legal decision-making on business and operational matters.

• Develop and improve legal processes and operational procedures to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and improve service quality.
