Value Chain Analyst (Supply Chain Performance Analyst) - Cement Business
ที่บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)- Supply Chain Analytics (40%) Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance Example: Demand Forecast Accuracy, Supply Allocation, Inventory Optimization, Production Utilization, OTIF, Transportation Cost Identify bottleneck and recommend improvement opportunities
- Data Analytics & Dashboard Development (40%) Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for Supply Chain, Financial Performance, and Business Operations. Monitor business performance and proactively identify anomalies through data-driven insights. Translate complex analytical findings into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations for management.
- Cross-functional Improvement (10%) Identify process improvement opportunities across the value chain using data analysis and business insights. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, reduce cost, improve productivity, and optimize working capital.
- AI-enabled Analytics (10% - Preferred) Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate data analysis and insight generation. Explore opportunities to automate repetitive analytical tasks using Python, Power Automate, or AI workflows. Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Minimum GPA of 2.70 (Bachelor's) or 3.30 (Master's) for candidates with less than 5 years of experience English proficiency at CEFR B1 level or higher (TOEIC 550, IELTS 4.0, or TOEFL 31) Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Leadership potential with the ability to coordinate and supervise team members Technical Skills: Basic: Excel (Power Query, PivotTable), SQL, Power BI Advanced: Python, ETL & Data Modeling, Storytelling with Data Preferred: AI for Data Analytics, Prompt Engineering, Power Automate
