Job Summary

Drive productivity improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, product quality, and production capacity while reducing costs and waste. Support production problem-solving, process optimization, and implementation of relevant management standards and new technologies.

Job Description

  • Study and analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for productivity, quality, and efficiency improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and minimize waste.
  • Analyze and solve production-related problems and carry out assigned improvement projects.
  • Improve production capacity and equipment/process effectiveness, including performance indicators such as OEE and %DTP.
  • Collaborate with production and related departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and update work instructions and operating procedures to maintain relevant management and operational standards.
  • Ensure improvement activities and operations comply with applicable standards and requirements.
  • Identify and apply new technologies to improve manufacturing processes and working efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related engineering fields. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
  • 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, productivity improvement, production engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of OEE, waste reduction, cost reduction, and continuous improvement is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of maintenance, manufacturing equipment, or relevant industrial standards is an advantage.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
  • Willing to work onsite at Thai Containers Group Co., Ltd. (Surasak, Si Racha, Chonburi).
