Job Purpose

Be a key person in identifying, designing, installing and testing a software system to automate and simplify the processes. Ensure that the processes are aligned with the business strategy/ and requirements. Also, help the business to be more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, design and implementation of new/modified software programs and ongoing FWD business/strategic projects.
• Responsible for system/program development and deliver with high quality solutions in response to business requirements and assigned projects
• Provide system analysis, solution designs, system integration, develop program/system, test, coordinate with BA and/or users to ensure that it meets expectation
• Work closely with BA and users to implement software or related projects
• Work under supervision in process of software selection and software implementation to ensure that solution can be provided to users

• Supervise the Outsources Developer / Vendor or Software House to ensure software projects meet business requirements. Provide coaching to outsource developer for any programming and implementing
  

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of computer science, computer/software engineering, statistics or mathematics
• Strong in software development and implementation in Insurance Industry at least 6 years
• At least 3 years in Java, C#, NodeJS, ReactJS and design and Develop APIs / Microservices.
• Knowledge in Back-end Development and DBMS database, permission, deployment, application security, integration and risk management
• Good communication in Thai and English
