Job Purpose

Lead and manage the Sales Forces in the responsible Region to deliver and achieve the company target by designing the initiatives to support and drive all key drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy to achieve the sales target by Initiating the strategy in term of activities and sales promotion to drive production and ensure that all initiatives have to be aligned with Agency’s key drivers.
• Identify risk factors that prevent business from achieving its Regional target and develop management plan to ensure continuity and success of business.
• Identify need-to-improve area, coach and feedback to the team for their sale performance improvement.
• Handle and resolve customer and agency force complaints regarding to fraud case.
• Do Market and Competitor analysis to expand the sales opportunity and increase its competitiveness.
• Identify manpower insufficiency and competency gap of existing subordinates. Develop and implement team development plan to ensure that team will have adequate competency to run business.
• Lead, guide, develop, and evaluate a team of managers to ensure that the established Regional Head 1 is implemented effectively, consistently.
