Job Purpose
Be a key person in identifying, designing, installing and testing a software system to automate and simplify the processes. Ensure that the processes are aligned with the business strategy/ and requirements. Also, help the business to be more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, design and implementation of new/modified software programs and ongoing FWD business/strategic projects.
- Responsible for system/program development and deliver with high quality solutions in response to business requirements and assigned projects
- Provide system analysis, solution designs, system integration, develop program/system, test, coordinate with BA and/or users to ensure that it meets expectation
- Work closely with BA and users to implement software or related projects
- Work under supervision in process of software selection and software implementation to ensure that solution can be provided to users
- Supervise the Outsources Developer / Vendor or Software House to ensure software projects meet business requirements. Provide coaching to outsource developer for any programming and implementing
