Senior Media & Digital Marketing Manager

A Center Digital and Media Manager collaborates with a brand team to develop and execute integrated digital and media strategies aligned with brand goals, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, Sales and achieving business objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing content, managing paid and organic media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms to maintain a cohesive brand image and connect with the target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Oversee comprehensive digital marketing and media strategies that support brand initiatives and overall business objectives.
Content & Messaging: Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of engaging content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and messaging across various channels.
Campaign Management: Review with Brand on Plan, execute, and optimize both paid and organic digital media campaigns across different platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the brand team, creative teams, and other internal departments to ensure cohesive and consistent brand communication.
Performance Analysis: Support Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that brand guidelines are maintained and that brand messaging is consistent across all digital marketing materials and communications.
Audience Engagement: Monitor and manage social media channels to engage with the brand's community and strengthen audience connections.
Alignment: The manager ensures that all digital and media efforts align with the brand's long-term vision, values, and messaging.
Brand Development: By working with the branding team, the manager helps define and refine brand guidelines for digital channels, ensuring that the brand's essence is accurately represented online.
Integrated Campaigns: The role integrates digital media activities into broader marketing campaigns, creating unified experiences that reinforce the brand image and connect with the audience on multiple touchpoints.
Strategic Input: The digital manager provides expertise on digital trends and platform capabilities, contributing to the brand team's understanding of how to best reach and engage the target audience in the digital space.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing / Advertising or related field
- At least 10 years in Digital marketing in FMCG
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer Literacy
- Good analytical, be creative, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated and self-starter
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and compromising skills
- Strong team player, communication and listening skills
- Leader , problem-solving skills, coaching and training skills
- Good planning and management skill.
