Job Description (Accountability) Responsibility: Play a critical leader role for the product squad team, spearhead in creating vision and execute by developing next generation of AgriTech (Agriculture + Technology) to uplifting company to Digitalize organization. Translate key customer experience and analyze entire customer journey, define business strategy, requirements, features, functionality, set timelines and lead a cross-functional team through customer journey lifecycle. Ideal candidate should previously have built innovative and efficient products. Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers with attentive to detail and commit to data integrity, in order to interpret an impactful story with analysis. Develop strategies and conceptual approaches to both internal and external parties. Be a skillful to lead design teams (UX, UI) on complex projects covering to promote and support cross-disciplinary method while maintaining the ability to develop a unique conceptual viewpoint and effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale. You will act as a partner with local partners and peers broadly across CP groups, as well as to build buy-in for the vision and executing on the plan.
