Reporting to Business Development and Marketing Director you will responsible for;

• Social Media & Live Commerce Management: Manage live commerce on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and other social media channels. Plan strategies to find creators or partners on relevant platforms that align with the brand's goals.

• Content Planning & Creation: Develop content and media strategies. Collaborate with the creative, design, and sales teams. You should also be able to create and edit simple video clips for social media.

• Data & Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and create reports. Analyze data from platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to inform strategy.

• Strong proficiency in applying AI tools: to drive marketing strategy, content planning, and performance optimization.”

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, track performance, and set clear KPIs.

• Product Launch Support: Provide marketing support for new product launches.

• Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources.

The ideal candidate should possess the following background

• A deep understanding of TikTok's creator tools and content as well as other social media platform.
• Knowledge of health and wellness trends.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking.
• Experience in content marketing with a portfolio of work and at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience working with health and beauty products is a plus.
