We're hiring a Associate, Business Development to grow our B2B Gift Card & Voucher sales. This role drives new business acquisition, expands market presence, and ensures revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with corporate clients.

· Proactively drive end-to-end B2B gift card sales, encompassing strategic planning, active new customer outreach and acquisition, deal structuring, and closure to meet aggressive targets.

· Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.

· Provide market insights and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to optimize offerings and drive sales initiatives.

· Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on performance to ensure pipeline health and achieve revenue goals

· Manage and guide gift card operations member to execute and support on sales & operations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in gift cards, digital products, or related solutions.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, and independent work capabilities.
