Job description: This position is mainly responsible for (1) supporting legal and compliance matters of Mitsui Thailand and Vientiane & Phnom Penh Office with professional knowledge and experience, such as giving proper and practical legal solutions to the management, and business & corporate divisions as well as Mitsui's affiliated companies in Thailand, and (2) supporting corporate secretarial works of the organization such as preparation and coordination of the shareholders' meetings and board of directors, properly managing relevant company registrations etc.

• Provide proper and practical legal support to management, business and corporate divisions as well as group companies, including, but not limited to review of contracts necessary for the business activities (such as sale and purchase agreements).

• Promote Company's Compliance Program and "With Integrity" guidelines, and properly handle compliance issues.

• Manage corporate secretarial works, such as Shareholders' meetings and Board of Directors' meetings and the relevant company registrations.

• Review and update company internal regulations from time to time by following up on the enforcement or amendment of relevant laws and regulations.

• Enhancement of legal knowledge of Mitsui/Mitsiam staff via seminars, newsletters, or any other means.

We are looking for:

• Thai Lawyer's license & over 5Y legal work experience.

• High-level skills for corporate legal practices (in English & Thai), such as contract review & drafting.

• Communication skills to collaborate with others.

• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

• Outgoing character with team spirit.

• Legal dispute / crisis management skills and in-dept understanding on corporate decision process.

• Problem-solving and proposing skills, based on sense of responsibility and integrity mindset

• Practical DX and AI skills will be considered an advantage.
