Role and responsibility:

• Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur.

• Performing risk assessments: Define risk appetite and limits approved by the executives, analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company.

• Performing risk evaluations: Evaluating the company's previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements.

• Present risk assessment reports and risk evaluation to the executives.

• Communicate risk policies and processes for an organization.

• Development of risk models involving market, credit and operational risk, assure controls are operating effectively, and provide research and analytical support.

• Provide insightful information and expectations to The Executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Risk Management, Account, Finance, Economics or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management

• Understanding of Risk Management concepts

• Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation skill

• Strong communication and interpersonal skill

• Able to present complex sensitive issues to senior management, the Risk Management Committee, and the board of directors
