Job Description:

• Manage the subcontractors to work according to the contracts.

• Supervise outsourcing services: the cleaning services, the security services, the gardening services, and especially the property management service.

• Perform and design the machines and other building systems maintenance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• 0-5 years of relevant experience in contract management, facility management, engineering.

• Good command of English /TOEIC over 600.

• Good practice in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.); experience with AutoCAD is preferred.

• Project management skills, including the ability to design, implement and manage projects.

• Analytical thinking skills.

• Technical skills, including the ability to learn quickly and produce clear, concise technical documentation, manuals and reports.
