Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement Strategy and Survey
• Develop, implement, and continually refine a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct and analyze engagement surveys to identify key drives and areas for improvement.
• Design and execute initiatives to boost morale, teamwork, and overall job satisfaction.
• Support initiatives that strengthen a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture .

2. Employee Experience Enhancement
• Evaluate the employee life cycle to identify opportunities for improving the overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements in onboarding, training, and career development programs.

3. Holistic Employee Wellbeing-Singha Wellness
• Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being based on Singha Wellness Model and wellness survey insights.
• Plan and Organize wellness activities and events to foster a supportive and positive workplace environment.
• Partner with team leaders to integrate wellness activities across departments in alignment with Singha Wellness Model.

4. Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration or related fields.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint / MS. Office
• Proficiency in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
