Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and manage the work processes of both front and back offices to increase operational efficiency, as well as to increase the satisfaction and customer experience.

• Partner with our internal team to understand the platform's business requirements and work with developers to translate them into technical specs.

• Troubleshoot any related platform issues that arise to keep the platform running smoothly.

• Work closely with the development team to make sure we launch on time, within budget, and with a high degree of quality.
• Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of platform performance postlaunch to evaluate the future investment.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in real estate and investment tech and use that knowledge to improve our platform.

Qualification

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product owner, business analyst, business development with a track record of managing all stages of a product’s lifecycle.
• Software development process background is required.
• Good understanding of agile and lean principles.
• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and outside developers.
• Good command in English both writing and speaking.
• Interested in business with the ability of knowledge applying to platform development.
• A track-record of digital platform or implementing platform launch.
• Banking or Consulting background is a plus.
