Scope of Work:

• Work with business owners to identify information needs and develop reporting.
• Coordinate with the business and RPA team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements.
• Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document currentstate manual processes.
• Identify and document best practices for ongoing RPA adoption.
• Consider change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes.
• Document and diagram the existing environment and data-flows.
• Recommend to-be process to the business to improve efficiency of the process.
• Using proper automation method to automate the process in order to increase process efficiency. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor or master degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
• Minimum 2 years of related experience related to business analysis, IT, RPA, etc.
• Experience working with automation software (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath) is a plus
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
