What you will do:
- Initiate, execute and drive employee engagement through activities or events which is developing effective relationship between employee and ensure that support the company mission, values and objective are clearly communication to employee.
- Implement the program to promote a positive work environment and minimize the risk of employee related issues.
- To do a quarterly & annually update on all ER Program activities run with full records of participants & their feedbacks for future improvement plan.
- Handle HRM tasks such as organizational design, manpower planning, performance management, PASA, involve in disciplinary actions, etc.
- Managing BU's development activities, and follow up completion of ICDP/ OJT/ On-boarding programs progress.
- Support welfare and benefit operation as well as daily ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least a minimum of 3 years work experience as HR Employee Relation and Activities in medium to large organization.
- Knowledge of modern HR knowledge and labor law.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven examples to work independently, plan, organize, and prioritize.
- Good command in English both written and spoken.
