DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take incharge for HR Legal function such as Labour law, PDPA and other law.
• Conducting case investigation and provide consulting to line manager for disciplinary.
• Support HR Legal and review all related documents.
• Support management in the development as company group policies and procedures.
• Be a consultant of related HR legal isuue.
• Support HR tasks in term of labor relation and welfare for employees.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Political Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in employee relations field.
• Good knowledge in labor law and other concerned law.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
• Good command of English.
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry.
