Job Description
- Design, plan, and standardize the process for new products and platforms. Design and implement process improvement plan, such as client on boarding process, credit approval process, and draw down process in order to remove the bottle-neck circumstances and provide better client's experiences
- Develop and automate the working processes of monitoring and reviewing data in the internal system, such as daily maintenance ratio monitoring for Lombard Loan and wealth ratio monitoring for Property Backed Loan in order to ensure results passing acceptable thresholds
- Manage and ensure all products and processes in compliance with the Bank of Thailand's rules and regulation. Serve as a main point of contact for the product development issues for both internally and externally, includes dealing with vendors to explore the best outlets for the business in terms of cost, productivity, and efficiency
- Align project plans to ensure that all required data flows into reporting feeds by reviewing output reports and submitting UR requests (if needed) with key stakeholders, follow up each task on day-to-day basis to achieve project goals
- Support the implementation and provide the solutions throughout various project phases in order to enhance product features in response to end-user feedback such as coupon payment frequency, auto approval, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, and related fields
- Minimum of 5-year direct experiences in in commercial credit product, process development and project management
- Sound knowledge in system development, process improvement, and finance product. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Fluent command of written and spoken English
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
